Sunday Church School
On Rally Day, August 29th, our worship schedule will
again be 8:15 and 10:30 with Sunday School for ALL AGES at 9:30 am. Jot it
down and join us.
TEACHERS ARE NEEDED: We need a regular teacher for
the 9-11 year old class. We need a back up teacher for preschool, 6-8 year
olds, 9-11 year olds and middle school classes. Also this year we need a
"main session leader"-- someone who likes large groups of kids, has a clear
voice, and is not afraid of Power Point. People interested in joining the
Sunday School teaching team should contact Kara Lamb at either 215-9545 or

Elementary Youth Group
God's Squad is for 2nd through 6th graders who are interested in pursuing
their faith appropriate to their age. This faith of younger people is
centered around activities that include ministry to nursing home residents
and shut-ins. The other activities are centered around a social ministry
that affirms the child's faith and includes them in the life of the church.
The goal of the youth ministry staff and volunteers is to meet with this
group two times each month, however they're currently only meeting the 2nd
Sunday from 6 to 8pm.
Note: In addition to all of these activities, the Director of Youth and
Young Adult Ministries is available by phone and the youth are encouraged to
call whenever they need to talk.
